How do I contact Scottish Power?
Under the Support Centre option on the energy firm’s website you will find a number of links which will take you to pages displaying the contact numbers for many of the firm’s departments.
There are many numbers available, but the ones for the most common queries are listed below.

I’m moving house. What do I need to do?
If you’re moving property you need to contact Scottish Power and provide them with an up to date meter reading, the date of your move, your new address, contact details for your landlord (if applicable), the name of property’s new occupier (if known) and your bank details if you intend on setting up a new direct debit.
Scottish Power provides a moving home check list online and you can complete the necessary changes to your account on the firm’s website. Alternatively, you can call 0800 027 0072.
What happens when my deal ends?
Scottish Power will contact you by email or letter around six weeks before the end of your deal to inform you of what will happen with your account. At this stage you will be able to choose a new tariff from Scottish Power’s range or alternatively you can explore the market for deals with other energy providers.
How do I change the password for my online account?
Changing your password is really simple. All you have to do is log on to your account at www.scottishpower.co.uk/account/login.process?execution=e2s1 and click the ‘My Details’ tab. It will ask for your new password to be entered twice and hey presto, your new password is saved.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the necessary link in Scottish Power’s support centre or calling 0800 001 5138.
